Payment Methods

We ship with DHL worldwide, except for some countries e.g Russia.
We deliver products in Europe within 1 – 2 working days.
We deliver products in the USA within 2 – 3 working days.
There are no restrictions in delivering our e-shop’s products.
*Customers residing in remote or hard-to-access areas may incur additional delivery charges as determined by the courier companies (Fedex, DHL etc). Any such extra charges are to be covered by the customer.

B. Via Hellenic Post Office if it is an inaccessible area
We deliver available products within 1-2 days. In any case, if the time of our products’ delivery to you is affected by externalities (strikes, weather phenomena, etc), you shall be notified about the time of delivery without fail. If the shipping address is considered to be in an inaccessible area, by ACS, we will send your products via Hellenic Post Office and the delivery time will depend on the circumstances.

Shipping in Greece is free of charge.
Otherwise, shipping of our products’ costs:

A. 18,00 € for deliveries in Europe, unless it’s a purchase of over 200,00 euros which is free of charge.

B. 30,00 $ for deliveries in the USA and worldwide (except Europe) unless it’s a purchase of over 250,00 $ which is free of charge.

C. 30.00€ for shipments to Asia & rest of the world. Any taxes and duties cannot be predicted and will be shipped at the customer's expense.

Shipping of products in the USA which cost up to 800,00 USD is tax-free.

Shipping of products in the UΚ which costs up to €150 (£135) is tax-free.

For shipping products to Asia & the Rest of the World, we cannot anticipate extra taxes and that they will be the customer's responsibility.

Prices do not include any additional costs relating to the custom office of the country of dispatch. Any additional costs (Customs Duties, Excise duty and/or Import Tax, customs clearance fees, storage, etc.) in accordance with the applicable provisions providing for the relevant charges in the state of dispatch, in addition to the shipping costs, shall be borne by the consumer (for international shipments).

The consumer shall be informed of the charges incurred, depending on the place of residence.

If you want to pay for your online purchases immediately, you can do so via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover.

Transaction security

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Worldline" of Eurobank Payment Greece and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
